In this panel, three coffee book authors will share what it takes to turn coffee expertise into a book and how books shape the way we learn, train and talk about coffee.

De Nieuwe Barista is a modern, comprehensive Dutch-language coffee handbook written by champion coffee experts Rose van Asten and Wendelien van Bunnik (Happy Coffee Network)

Christine Rollings’ book My Barista ABCs follows a Barista Bear through the alphabet giving a coffee term to learn for each letter. From searching for various coffee species to learning about equipment you’ll find in a coffee shop, kids and parents alike will find this book delightful and educational and is best enjoyed over a cup of coffee.

The talk is moderated by Tigger Chaturabul, copywriter and journalist who has worked in various roles within the coffee industry for 10 years and the author of the book “Bloom: Mikael Jasin on Coffee as an Agent of Change”
