Join Balance51 for a guided cupping of a curated selection of Peruvian specialty coffees, a first look at what’s coming for the new season, with harvest still underway in southern Peru. Balance51 is a Peruvian green coffee exporter working directly with producers across Peru, with full traceability from farm to roaster.

You’ll taste a range of varieties, including SL09, Geisha, Bourbon, Sidra, Caturra and Pacamara, across different processing methods. Expect flavors you may never have tried before, and maybe a new favorite. Grab a spoon and come slurp!
