BEFORE THE FESTIVAL

Rotterdam Coffee Fest 2026 takes place from 5β8 November 2026.
On Thursday 5 and Friday 6 November, Rotterdam Coffee Fest takes over the city with coffee-related events, workshops, tastings, tours and other activities at locations across Rotterdam.
The main festival takes place on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November at de Doelen, right in the heart of Rotterdam.

de Doelen is located in central Rotterdam, approximately 400 metres from Rotterdam Centraal Station, and is easily accessible by train, tram, metro, and bus. There are also several parking garages in the surrounding area.
We strongly recommend travelling by public transport, bike or on foot where possible.

The main entrance for Rotterdam Coffee Fest will be through the Willem Burger Zaal at Kruisplein 40.

Your Rotterdam Coffee Fest ticket gives you access to the main festival at de Doelen on the date specified on your ticket.
Once inside, you can explore the festival, meet our exhibitors and roasters, sample coffees, attend talks and discover cuppings, demonstrations and other activities included with your festival ticket.
Some workshops or special activities may require separate registration or an additional ticket. Check the individual programme pages for more information.

Where a workshop requires a separate booking, you will also need a valid Rotterdam Coffee Fest ticket for the relevant day unless otherwise stated.

Yes. PIN only, cash will not be accepted.

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are not personal and can be transferred or changed to a different day. Please email hello@rotterdamcoffeefest.com with your ticket number to request an exchange. Weβre currently very busy preparing for the festival, so please allow some extra time for us to process your request.

Yes! Rotterdam Coffee Fest is a coffee festival for the whole community and children are welcome.
Children under 12 can visit for free, just register them for a childβs ticket here.
Please note that the festival can become busy, particularly during peak periods, so keep this in mind when planning your visit with young children.

de Doelen provides accessibility facilities for visitors with disabilities, including wheelchair access and other accessibility support. The majority of the Rotterdam Coffee Fest programme will be in English, although some sessions may be held in Dutch.
The language will be indicated in the programme where relevant.

Yes!
The first two days of Rotterdam Coffee Fest take place across Rotterdam, with participating cafΓ©s, roasteries and other locations hosting special events.
Some city-wide events may require separate registration or tickets.

AT THE FESTIVAL

A lot of coffee.
The main festival at de Doelen will bring together roasters, cafΓ©s, coffee brands, equipment companies, and coffee professionals alongside a programme of talks, workshops, demonstrations, cuppings and other experiences.
You can taste coffees, discover new roasters, learn something new, meet people from the coffee community and, of course, take some coffee home with you.

Many of our exhibitors will offer samples and tastings, so come prepared to drink plenty of coffee!
Individual exhibitors may also have coffees and other products available to purchase.

Absolutely.
Many of our roasters and exhibitors will have coffee, equipment, merchandise, and other products available to purchase.
Don't forget to leave some room in your bag. (Most exhibitors will not provide bags so do bring your own!)

Yes!
There will be food and drink options available at de Doelen, giving you the chance to take a break from all that coffee.
More information about food vendors and the festival food & drink programme will be announced closer to the event.

YES!
Rotterdam Coffee Fest is going single-use cup free in 2026.
Thanks to our sustainability partner UBITE, reusable Zerocups will also be available throughout the festival. You'll receive a cup when you arrive, and clean cups will be available at participating stands throughout the day.
You can return your cup at one of the designated collection points or rinse and reuse it at the festival's rinsing stations.

Yes. Drinking water will be available throughout the festival, with support from our water partners BRITA, ZeroWater and Third Wave Water.

Yes, exhibitors will be accepting PIN-only.

For everyone's comfort and safety, we may ask visitors with large bags or luggage to use the cloakroom, available at the entrance.
Please avoid bringing unnecessarily large bags to the festival.

de Doelen offers cloakroom facilities for visitors.
Please do not leave valuables unattended. The festival organiser and venue cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

Yes, you can re-enter on the days your ticket is valid.

Pets are not permitted inside the festival venue.
Assistance and guide dogs are welcome.

Yes! We love seeing the festival through your eyes.
Photography and filming will take place throughout Rotterdam Coffee Fest for editorial, promotional and social media purposes. By attending the festival, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or video recordings.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let a member of the RCF team or photographer know.
Professional photography or filming for commercial purposes may require prior permission.

Our Ticket Desk at the entrance will be your go-to place for questions about the programme, exhibitors, floorplan, workshops and anything else you need help with.
For emergencies, please contact a member of the RCF team or de Doelen staff immediately.

Yes, there will be limited seating areas throughout the festival.
However, seating may fill up during peak periods, so please be considerate of other visitors and avoid occupying seats for long periods when the festival is busy.
