Marek’s coffee journey started in 2012 in London when he was offered a job as a barista in his favourite cafe. He was asking too many coffee questions :)

Starting from the ground up, he built up knowledge and experience and shared it readily with people around him willing to learn. This turned Marek into a passionate trainer. He helped to set solid foundations for many baristas; some of them went on to achieve great success in the coffee world.

Marek’s favourite thing to teach is basic latte art because it is exciting to watch people get better in real time. From zero to hero in 10 pours. Nothing makes you happier than pouring your first heart in a coffee.

In this workshop, Marek will teach you the basics of steaming milk and pouring latte art. He will give you all the tips and tricks that professional baristas use every day in their cafes to pour the fancy pictures in your flat white.

The main goal is to see you leave with a smile on your face and a heart in your coffee poured by you :)
