In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how professionals evaluate coffee through cupping: how to set up a cupping table, how to slurp (yes, loudly), and how to put words to what you smell and taste. No experience needed, and no wrong answers. You'll leave with a way to taste coffee more confidently, at home or at work.

Your guide is Wendelien van Bunnik, 2019 World AeroPress Champion, Dutch Barista Champion and founder of The Happy Coffee Network. She has been teaching coffee for over a decade and is known for making the industry feel welcoming rather than intimidating.
