Onur Menteshe from Away for Koffie is a Professional Coffee Nerd with over 15 years of experience behind espresso bars, leading teams and training baristas. He loves making coffee skills feel approachable, practical and most importantly fun.

This hands-on session is all about the slow rosetta. You’ll explore milk texture, flow control and the small movements that create clean, flowing leaves. Expect plenty of pouring, practice and a few beautifully wonky first attempts.
