After a super successful pilot edition with over 1,800 visitors and over 50 partners and exhibitors, we're super stoked to prepare for the next Rotterdam Coffee Fest in 2026!

Here’s what to expect:

2000+ visitors, leading coffee professionals & partners, days full of coffee-related news, talks, demos, workshops, and, of course, lots of top-notch coffee!

And this year, it’s going to be different. We’ll have two days of pop-up events around the city PLUS two days of festival activities at De Doelen for a four-day fest.

If you want to be part of this premier coffee event, register for a stand, cupping session, or product demo before spaces are full. Put your brand in front of coffee consumers from all over the Netherlands and beyond

  • Small stand €650

  • Standing table €250

  • Cupping session €150 inclusive equipment

  • Product demonstration session €150

As soon as you have confirmed the stand type and activities, we will send you the invoice. Please pay as soon as possible. We are organizing a dinner with all exhibitors on June 15, but to participate, all stand fees must be paid by June 1 at the latest.
