WOMEN in coffee (NL)

Rotterdam Coffee Festival will be opened by Noëlle, barista and trainer at Dagger Coffee in Utrecht and 1/3 of the female trio @dekoffiemeisjes. In her talk, she will share an inspiring perspective on carving out space as a young woman in the Dutch coffee industry. What challenges do women face today, and what solutions can help ensure that coffee becomes an inclusive industry for everyone?

Noëlle (28) started working in coffee in 2017 and slowly found her way through making her student job her profession. Nowadays you’ll mostly find her as a barista and trainer at Dagger Coffee in Utrecht or on Instagram as 1/3th of the female trio De Koffie Meisjes. She’ll kick off RCF with an inspiring talk about being a young women in the Dutch coffee industry.
