Although most of the workshops and labs are full, there are still plenty of other cuppings and talks to attend, no registration required!

• By public transport: 5-minute walk from Stadhuis metro or 14-minute walk from Rotterdam Centraal Station.

• By car: Paid parking is available nearby (e.g., Interparking Stadhuis or Lijnbaan).

• By bike: You can park your bike in the racks on the Meent or in front of the Timmerhuis.

• If you bought a discounted entry Rotterdampas ticket, please bring your valid Rotterdampas.

• Tickets are non-refundable.

• We don’t have a secured wardrobe or lockers — so please travel light! There will be unsupervised coat racks.

• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

• The venue is wheelchair accessible.

• Strollers are allowed, but not recommended as space is limited — thank you for being mindful of crowd flow.

• Due to our limited capacity, there might be short queues during peak hours — thank you for your patience!

• By attending the festival, you acknowledge and agree that photography and video recording will take place during the event.

• Images and footage may be used by the organizers for promotional and marketing purposes across digital and print channels.

• If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please notify one of our team members at the event entrance — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

• Toilets are available inside the Timmerhuis. The wheelchair accessible toilet is located by the Talks Podium.

• Some limited food options are available on-site — but our neighbors THOMS and BrewDog Rotterdam are also right next door! You can grab a bite there and come back in with your festival stamp.
